Lesbian bar?

I came to the Palms on a Friday night. I arrived to a room full of mostly men, and what was apparently amateur open mic night for stand-up comics. The comedians were all pretty awful to be honest, and every single one was straight, so all of their relationship jokes were about straight relationships. There's nothing inherently wrong with this, but I came to the Palms expecting a lesbian bar, populated by, you know, lesbians, so the atmosphere and entertainment didn't meet my expectations. I left disappointed before 10:30 PM. I'm willing to give the Palms another shot, but definitely not on a Friday night.

Honestly

I was in LA for two days alone for business, and wanted some hot action or at least a nice drink with nice music. So i went there to meet the sisters..i left with a depression : honestly it's baaad..the bartender was not friendly and drunk=ruuude and believe me i have nothing against drunk women, i am one myself..the women were not hot at all, where are you gorgeous caifornian babes?? there were 12 peoples there on a friday night at 11pm, among them a couple of straight old pervs staring at me like..what ever :-) i would never recommend this bar unless you want to waste your nrj and want to turn straight.

Protect our women!

WTF happenned? I wanted to cry. Even Weho has gone to the heteros. My babe and I wanted a night out free from gawkers and droolers and what did we get, a bar full of breeder/gawkers. To the point where there were obvious perverts there just coming in for the lesbian show. Where can a girl go and be herself and not deal with the hetero droolers? All you butch women out there... We need to protect our space and our women, because there are some freaks out there and they just walk right into our bars and think it is ok to have a free show! We need to take back our bars and restaurants C'Mon!!!!
