"I think, if you love something, it is real. It doesn't matter if it is an android or not."
In the scorched earth and radioactive dust of a planet that is undergoing the death throes of World War Terminus, the remnants of humanity are faced with the choice of emigration to a bleak existence in the domes of Mars or degeneration and futility in the feudal corporate economy of Earth. What does it mean to be alive in a world where the line between human and android is becoming blurrier every day?
DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP? is the stage adaptation of Philip K Dick’s science-noir masterpiece that follows bounty hunter Rick Deckard as he tracks and “retires” the rogue androids that may be the spear point of a full-blown robot revolution. Award-winning director Jaime Robledo (Stoneface, Watson, Hearts Like Fists) is the only one who knows for certain who is human, and who is not, in the dystopian future that awaits audiences of all empathy levels at Sacred Fools.
