Brian Sims is a Democrat running for Congress in Philadelphia. A former civil rights attorney, in 2012 he became the first openly LGBT person ever elected to the Pennsylvania’s General Assembly.
Brian has served Pennsylvania by fighting for LGBT rights, strengthening public education, tackling gender and pay equity, and expanding civil rights. He was named a “Champion of Choice” by NARAL Pro-Choice America.
