Friday, June 10th at 6pm, the ADSLA Events Committee invites you to one of the gems of the Los Angeles craft cocktail scene. Please join us for a unique experience of history, and impressive cocktail and spirits collection. Oldfield's harkens back to a pre-Prohibition time with it's beautiful hardwood bar to the artful decorations and vintage inspired stylings. Oldfield's Liquor Room has become a haven for classic cocktail aficionados with a well cultivated program based upon fresh ideas and ingredients. It is with these ingredients that these bartenders have created their house made specialties and seasonal shrubs. Whilst you are visiting with new and familiar friends alike, try Oldfield's take on a Mule. This is made with a Housemade Ginger Beer, lime and Vodka. Or perhaps, you feel like rolling the dice?! Let the bartender know your taste preferences, and they will craft a cocktail to your liking. Feel like sharing with 8 to 12 of your closest friends? Order a Punch Bowl! Either way, you will NOT be disappointed with your choices. Oldfield's team and their craft are a perfect tribute to their namesake, Berna Eli "Barney" Oldfield, an early automobile pioneer synonymous with speed! Oldfield was the first man to drive an automobile 60 miles per hour in an oval and the first man to be banned by the AAA for reckless driving. Mr. Oldfield led an interesting life in his 68 years with early bicycle and auto racing, along with many other different professions.
