Receive 2 - 4 PMA Continuing Education Credits 10:00am to 12:00pm (2 CECs) Risa will teach her signature floor work with an emphasis on the artful nature of Pilates. 12:30pm to 2:30pm (2 CECs) Jillian presents Vertical Pilates exercises, to take your client upright and work on core stability standing on two legs, or even one!
