<< #InfiniteInclusion Concept >>
Though we are all human beings and share common human experiences and emotions, we are all infinitely unique: different DNA, backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, identities, tastes, looks, interests, etc. And though we are each unique, we all have a need to be included, and deep down we all have a strong desire to include others. However, even in a diverse country like the USA, there is still much exclusion and discrimination, and we oftentimes see inclusion advocacy practiced through bitterness and violence.
#InfiniteInclusion is a social movement to mass market inclusion through dance and innovation, creating infinite opportunities. #InfiniteInclusion refers to inclusion in a broad sense. It’s not only a movement advocating for people with disabilities, but also about advocating for other minorities groups (different ethnic & religious groups, LGBTQ, etc), as well as simply including someone at the lunch table or in a conversation at a party. It’s about breaking down barriers everywhere: at work, school, media, entertainment, pop culture, politics, literature, beauty, employment, travel, architecture, city development, etc.

Infinite Flow is a nonprofit 501(c)3 and America’s 1st professional wheelchair ballroom dance company, established in March 2015 with the mission to increase quality dance instruction to people with disabilities. Through Infinite Flow’s initial year, performing at 30+ events, instructing 150+ wheelchair users, and being recognized in national and local media, including NBC’s Today Show, NowThis, Refinery 29, GOOD Magazine, Broadway World, and many more, Infinite Flow founder Marisa Hamamoto, a professional ballroom dancer who was temporarily paralyzed from the neck down with a rare spinal cord disease in 2006, realized that Infinite Flow was more than a dance company, but also a vehicle for social & systematic change and decided to add #InfiniteInclusion as an initiative to further extend Infinite Flow’s message of breaking barriers through dance to the masses.
