Los Angeles City College REGISTER HERE: http://varsitygayleague.leagueapps.com/ FIRST PASS & JERSEY REVEAL PARTY Friday, March 10th LEAGUE STARTS: March 11th Game Times: 11:30am-2:30pm CLINICS @ Pan Pacific Park: Feb 25th and March 4th $10 Per Player The league is an inclusive, gay oriented, 7-on-7 flag football league with players that represent all parts of the Los Angeles. COST $73 EARLY BIRD until Feb 28th $85 REGULAR Subs are $12 per week Fee includes League T-Shirt and Flag Belt! Weekly after parties! WHO IS LAFF? LA Flag Football was formed to work toward the elimination of prejudice and discrimination towards Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender [LGBT] individuals. We also seek, through our instructive American flag football camps and league and partnerships with local and national LGBT sports clubs and leagues, to increase visibility of LGBT athletes and competitions and provide a supportive environment for LGBT individuals to improve fundamental athletic skills. We also seek through our organization, our events, and our members to foster and augment the self-respect of LGBT persons and to engender respect and understanding from the larger community. BUDDY DRAFT INFO Players choose up to 1 other player to be paired in a draft. You will both be drafted in the same rounds. Players will not be ranked. Captains will be chosen before the league starts and are not slotted in the draft. They will choose a co-captain after the draft! QuarterBack's or Starting QB's will be determined by the League. Players can also declare themselves as a QB, but will be determined as a "Starting QB' after clinic. Starting QB's must buddy in the draft and can not buddy with other QB's. First round will be a "Starting QBs" draft. "Starting QBs" that are not drafted then will fall into 2nd set of rounds.
