Gil Robertson, the president of the African American Film Critics Association and Tre'Vell Anderson of the LA Times, examine QPOC representation over the past year, assessing when the media got it right - recognizing our intersecting identities as LGBTQ people of color - and when they didn't. The conversation will include the news media, as well as film and television. Join us for this uncensored discussion as we hold the media under the microscope and ask whether we're moving closer toward honest and accurate portrayals of our community.
