AIDS Walk Los Angeles

Join Southern California's largest event to support people living with HIV and to end AIDS in Los Angeles and beyond: AIDS Walk Los Angeles, Sunday, October 15 at the steps of Los Angeles City Hall. As federal safety nets are disrupted or frayed, the funds we raise will ensure that APLA Health can continue to serve thousands of people living with HIV/AIDS, continue to radically reduce the rate of new infections, and boldly advocate on behalf of its clients, regardless of HIV or immigration status, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or gender identity. Respond to the threats facing so many in our community. Resist attacks on public health and equality. Register today to walk with thousands through the streets of Downtown Los Angeles for an awe-inspiring day of compassion and action. RUNNERS TAKE NOTE: AIDS Walk Los Angeles will include a running route this year as part of the 10K route! Select "Runner" in step 3 of the registration process to get started. 8:30 a.m.: Sign-In Opens 9:00 a.m.: Aerobic Warm-Up 9:15 a.m.: Opening Ceremony, featuring celebrities, musical performances, and HIV/AIDS activists and leaders 9:45 a.m.: Run! AIDS Walk Los Angeles Begins 10:00 a.m.: Walk begins. Enjoy the 10K route through the history-rich and architecturally vibrant streets of Downtown, with plenty of music, food, and entertainment along the way! 12:00 p.m.: Finish Line Festivities & Food Truck Festival 1:15 p.m.: Post-Walk Show - Be sure to catch the Downtown Divas of Drag show returning with an all-new lineup of stars from RuPaul's Drag Race!
