they shouldn't call this 24 hours fitness anymore!
Why the name of the gym is 24 hours fitness when they closed the pool at exactly 10pm, and the gym itself at 12am on weekdays and 11pm on weekends? Annoying Also the customer service here sucks and unfriendly!
Poor management and Horrible service
Above, I took photos of the mens locker room. Even reporting about the mess, nothing had changed. I recently canceled my membership. this Gym became a nightmare. The other night I was working out, and as usual people hog the machines and have conversations and ignore the fact that others want to work out. Two guys were working out, and they were having conversations and ignored the fact that I wanted to use the machines. They finally said they were finished and then said they still had more to do. I told them that they were busy having conversations and then one of them said f##k you to me. i walked away and a little while later he made a cat call to me. I reported this and the next day I checked with David Mower about the report, he was rude towards me. I called the executive office and they said someone would call me, no one did. at night often the mens lockers are filthy, dirty towels on the floor and its unhealthy. I have had it with them. This gym has turned out to be the worst gym I'd ever joined. I only joined it when I lived in SF because it was a half block away from me. here In west hollywood it is only 3 blocks away. I would rather travel further to a gym then subject to myself to this kind of treatment. If you want to join a gym dont join this one. I made a formal complaint to the executive offices. Finally after a week, the district manager finally called me. Although he was sympathetic, nothing has yet to be resolved. David Mower, called to apologize.,however, he did not seem sincere. In fact he was argumentative. David, the manager needs courses in customer service. Never have I ever experienced such rudeness from a manager. He rudely stated that no manager witnessed the incident. No manager ever walks around the gym to see what is going on. This is why the place is a mess and people are rude.
I was sad
I like the renovations and the cruise scene when working out but I miss the steam room action that used to go down when I used to visit! Damn!!!! It's co-Ed or did I just go to early???
