(105 Ratings)
Beautiful outdoor concert venue
The Bowl plays host to all kinds of acts, from Barry Manilow to the Beastie Boys. The outdoor amphitheater is perfect for picnics and can be a romantic spot to take in a show.

Be sure and see this place!

It's a great place to visit in the afternoon when your the only ones there or in the evenings for a concert. Easy parking or easy to get to by public transportaion. Under the stars is a great way to watch any performance. You won't even think your in L.A. when you are here.

A must visit at least once

This is a great venue for LA, visited many times over years, last year for first time we bought a package and it was a blast, after first visit we became friends with ladies in front of us and each concert we looked forward to seeing them there, The great thing too about Bowl is its magical, located in a valley where all sounds of city life pretty much escape you and leave you to enjoy the sounds of the bowl, except when that one plane wants to fly over. Also the bowl has a great set up with the transit authorities to shuttle people from all over the LA basin to and from the bowl. You definitely want to take advantage of this feature. We come from the Torrance area and it is a relief to know we can take a picnic basket, some wine and not have to worry about parking and the drive home especially.
