Ebony Cabaret "The Soul Sessions"

Its that time again! DP Productions in association with M Bar brings you Ebony Cabaret "the Soul Sessions!" Please join us as we invade the soul funkiness of the 70's we are talking Sly Stone, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, Shirley Bassey and Curtis Mayfield. Afros, leather jackets, jive talking host and go go dancING! This is not to missed! We have a great line up Hosted by Lacy "Uncle Earl" Phillips straight off his run of Ain't Misbehavin! Also joining us is stage and screen dream Chante Carmel (Dreamgirls, Rent, Different World), LaMont Wheat a cross between Teddy Pendergrass and Luther Vandross with modern swagger and Annabel Lee (international singer/songwriter). Rounding out the night is poet ShyButFlyy, burlesque by Ms. Jessabelle Thunder, French chanteuse Jenny Eloise Rieu, live comedy sketch and the Ebony Cabaret dancers. Bringing the soul to the music is the Jacques Lesure Quintet a master guitarist working with some of the biggest names in the music industry (Whitney Houston, Roberta Flack, Wynton Marsalis to name a few) He will bring the funk and soul to round out what is going to be a fabulous night of entertainment fun and food!
