Brian Lin is writing his debut novel Myth and a short story collection that examines Asian American masculinities. He taught English and Ethnic Studies at a public high school in Southern California. He is from Taiwan and makes Los Angeles his home.
Philip Littell first made his mark with The Weba Show for what became a two year residency at the Lhasa Club where he created No Miracle: A Consolation, Kiss the Glass, The Wandering Whore. He has continued to create his own work to different scales in Los Angeles, including I Asked My Body What It Remembered: A Disco Memoir, Broad Daylight, Billy The Kid And What He Did, unREAL eSTATE. Dark Carols with composer Peter Golub, a cycle of Christmas Songs, premiered for ALOUD at the Central Library. Most recently he was seen in the Machine Project project Sorry Atlantis: Edenâs Achinâ Organ Seeks Revenge.
Albert Serna Jr is a 28 year old poet and journalist. Fresh from his stint in San Francisco, Serna has a reborn passion for the city of Angels. He is also the host of the Heel, a comedic news commentary podcast by drag queens for the queer community.
