In this four hour class, You will learn some of Albert’s secrets about Cake Decorating, decorate your own cupcakes, and Indulge in Cocktail flavored Cupcakes, served by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. There will be contest & prizes for best decorated cupcakes, and a raffle to win a 2 Tier, Custom Sir Cakes A Lot Cake for your next party. <<--PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL BENEFIT AIDS LIFE CYCLE-->> About the host. “Sir Cakes A Lot” Better known as Albert Ontiveros; is a Designer Pastry Chef with a long list of Celebrity Clientele including Robert De Niro, Ellen Degeneres, Mariah Carey, Sara Jessica Parker, Katy Perry, and many others. Albert also teaches Cake Design at Pierce College in Woodland Hills. Albert is most commonly known in the community for his work with Gummy Bears LA and recently, his work with The Sisters of Perpertual Indulgence. The Cupcakes and Cocktails event is just one of Albert’s many fundraisers he will host, in his constant efforts to make the world a better place. The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are a leading-edge Order of queer nuns who have served the gay community since 1979. The Sisters have devoted themselves to community service, ministry and outreach to those on the edges, and to promoting human rights, respect for diversity and spiritual enlightenment. The Sisters believe all people have a right to express their unique joy and beauty and they use humor and irreverent wit to expose the forces of bigotry, complacency and guilt that chain the human spirit.
