Sotomayor's Farewell Hike

One of our own is leaving us! Robert C Sotomayor will be relocating to Northern California and we want to send him off the best way we know how... With a Sunset Hike to The Wisdom Tree. Saturday. August 27th, 2016 at 4:30PM Color them for this hike is BLACK. We will also be having a Farewell Party for Robert at Azul Ultra Lounge over The Labor Day Weekend Sunday, September 4th at 9:30PM We'll be creating a separate event page. This is also an excellent opportunity for those who missed The Neon Sunset at The Wisdom Tree a couple of weeks ago. We will meet at 4:30 and start hiking at 4:45pm. Location: Griffith Park Merry Go Round Parking Lot #2. 4730 Crystal Springs Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90027 LOT 2 IS THE SECOND PARKING LOT! This INTERMEDIATE LEVEL HIKE (Not an Entry Level Hike). Round Trip Distance is around 8. Miles and Takes an Average of 4.5 Hours (depending on us, lol). Most Important Items to bring are Water, Flashlight, a Snack or Meal and Hiking Shoes are recommended. Those who have attended this hike in the past know the drill. KEY NOTES: 1. This is NOT A BEGINNER HIKE (Intermediate level). 2. Hike's distance is about 8 Miles (Round Trip). 3. Average time of completion is 4.5 Hours. 4. Snack or Meal, Plenty of Water & Hiking Shoes. 5. Read THE DISCLAIMER and RELEASE OF LIABILITY. 6. This is a HIKE and there will be NO RUNNING. 7.
