In a complete reversal of the Obama administration's position, the current administration formally rescinded past guidance on transgender bathroom protections in public schools. WE WILL NOT STAND BY SILENTLY. Transgender rights are human rights!! Protect trans children and stand in solidarity. Previously known as Black Cat Taver, The Black Cat was an LGBT bar located at 3909 West Sunset Boulevard in the Sunset Junction neighborhood of the Silver Lake. It was the site of one of the first riots in the United States protesting police harassment of LGBT people, and preceded the Stonewall riots by over two years.
