Santa Monica Pier

(157 Ratings)
Beach days
A day at the beach wouldn’t be complete without a trip to the pier, where visitors can enjoy the traditional boardwalk fare of rides and games. And just off the pier are great shopping and restaurant options, as well as the city's best boutique hotels.

Fun for the entire family (with or without kids!)

A fun-filled pier that stretches out over the blue Pacific ocean. If you are looking for a nice stroll or want to ride a roller coaster this is the place for you! The pier has everything from carnival rides and games to every kind of trinket for sale imaginable! If you are a fisherman at heart you can find that too. It is a really fun family place or a couple will enjoy strolling or sitting enjoying the awesome view.

A great place to visit in LA

One of the many piers in LA, this one is also a great place to spend a day after sunning beneath on the beach at SM, you will see many people fishing at the end, don't know if I would be inclined to eat one of the fish they caught, nevertheless it's a great spot to view the shoreline of this great city.

A Fun Festive Place

This is a really fun place to go on a summer evening. There are restaurants if you're hungry. And souvenir shops, of course. The views up and down the coast are excellent. The pier is getting ready to celebrate its 100th anniversary. A real oldie but goodie. And it's free!

Go visit this Pier!

Lots of sand, water and hot bodies! Beautiful views and food. Take off your shoes and socks and walk in the sand. Great for any reason!
