Fiesta Cantina Formerly: Dudes

(119 Ratings)
Tropical gay bar with half shirted-men
Located between Rage and Micky's, this WeHo favorite is a good starting point (and pit stop).

Best Gay Cantina Ever

At first glance I thought it was a straight bar. They do a good job of copying what i've seen in mexico. We walked around a few clubs in the area starting with Rage and the drinks there were way too expensive there so we thought we would try the fiesta. So we we stopped in and the drinks were awesome. It was two for one and the "one" was pretty cheap. There were only pretty boys there. We didn't see any ugly guys. lol. It looked like there was just one average size bar with patio area. I had to wait a bit for drinks. The rest of the room was just seating areas. I think it is a great place to get your party started in West Hollywood then go to your club of choice.

Terrible service, drinks not much better.

I do give them credit for starting the happy hour specials craze in WeHo. But honestly, never understand why this place is so popular. On more than one occasion have waited for more than 20 minutes or even 30 minutes for our server to check on us. Typically they are off flirting with someone, or chatting with one table. On more than one occasion have gone up to the bar ourselves to get drinks, that certainly got the servers attention. Twice were told that this is their section and if you are going to sit at a table you have to order from them. Then serve us!!!! Not to mention the mixed drinks are usually weak, margarita mix is way sweet. Food is ok. Love the rooftop here, great views down to the Blvd. If only they had it open more often.

Fun place to grab a bite!

I stopped in for a quick nosh before heading to the theatre in Westwood. The young staff were friendly and one of the waiters had such a booty.....oh baby! Wait, I digress, this is a restaurant review. I had tasty happy hour margaritas and ordered the cheese fries. Delicious. The fries were meaty, hot and tasted like french fries should taste - Potatoes. The cheese sauce was on the side and ranch dressing was also available. It was reasonably priced too. Logan, was a waiter in training and he was friendly and cute following around the more seasoned waiter. The decor, music and flat screens were another nice diversion. Overall, a great experience which I will go to again.
