  Great location but needs to be rescued
  We booked directly with this hotel hoping for better treatment than if we booked a package price. Paid extra for a loft room but got a small loft over looking rooftop fans. Spent 30 bucks on cleaning fluids then 2 hours cleaning this really dirty room. The smell never went away even after cleaning. My complaint was responded with sorry, then ignored. The location is the best thing about this hotel. Was happy to move to a Santa Monica beachside hotel for the rest of the trip.

  Perfect position
  Strictly serviceable hotel. Clean, professional... clinically impersonal. But the location is impossible to beat. Perfect base for exploring WeHo and neighbouring cities - and we did it without a car. It's easier than you'd think.

  Clean and safe, nice rooms and public areas, great location, close to bars and restaurants in West Hollywood. Check in and check out were professional and quick. Website is easy to navigate. Yes, parking is very expensive but it is the only problem in an otherwise very nice stay.

  Location is Excellent
  My stay here in a King suite was very comfy although the interior decorator in me couldn't help but feel that the huge suite was sparsely furnished. Maybe a couple arm chairs and a table in the gaping void would have been a nice touch, lol. Really the only complaint I have about this place is the parking fee for guests in my opinion it's outrageous. If you're a guest it should be cheaper.

  Perfect location for visiting WeHo. Everything is in walking distance. à huge 24h gym is just across the street, bars, clubs and shops are just down the road. They have à pool too. No breakfest and expensive car parking.

  Nice, Clean and Safe Area
  Walking distance to everywhere in West Hollywood. Nice, clean and safe area. Rooms are okay. Not the Ritz but okay. We have stayed here several times.

  Very Good Location but Very Plain Hotel
  The location is very convenient on Santa Monica Boulevard, within walking distance of all of the great gay clubs and restaurants in West Hollywood. The rooms are really plain, in my opinion. I guess the decorator was going for 50s modern, but I think the look is fairly cold and uninviting. The location is really the big plus at this hotel, but I doubt that I would stay here again. The parking is NOT free. It's a whopping $27 a day!
