Right on the boardwalk, steps away from Venice beach and the pier. You can hear the breaze in your room. Friendly vibe. The breakfest is poor: just coffee and pre-packed danish. But there is plenty choice near the hotel. Not enough parking space for everyone. Reception is not available 24/7 but always 'just a call away'. I would come back to enjoy the beach and Venice.
