Gone mainstream

I never go here anymore. Total shame because it used to be the quintessential man's bar of L.A. and my main watering hole. Especially on Sundays, One could always count on this to be a sexually charged, vagina free zone filled with shirtless men looking for trouble. Now, the owner has sold out and transformed it into a neon-lit girly club with strippers, screaming WeHo queens, and fag hags. Bummer...two stars only for what it once was long ago.

One of my favorite bars in L.A, especially on Sunday afternoons/evenings. Always festive, always sexy, always a bit naughty, especially after a few cocktails. And during the summer, on a few select Sunday's, they close the parking lot just adjacent to the bar and move the festivities outside, it's super fun during the warmer months! And that means more clothes comes off. Love it!!

Faultline hosts some great drag shows, including shows hosted by Xochi Mochi and Roz Drezfalez, that are definitely worth going to. Other nights tend to be filled with an oddly mixed crowd that I have never really been into. The bartenders are nice and the music is good, but overall it seems like the place could use some help with reputation and promotion.

Shitty service

Stood in line for a drink behind a guy who seem to know everyone at the bar and let them cut in front of him, when it was finally my turn the bartender clearly saw me but choose to take the white guy's order who cut around the side. I don't care if the bartender knew the guy he saw how long I was waiting. At least I saved alot of money by not buying drinks and not tipping the bartenders or dancers. I just walked I ain't going back.

Faultline Rocks On Latin Night Fridays!

I have Not visited this club in many years. This is one of the few remaining older establishments left in Los Angeles and they are still going Strong! They have various theme nights and back on Friday, November 11, 2016, they had their "Esta Noche" latin night with plenty of Go Go Dancers, along with Live Shows to entertain you. Enclosed in the pictures, please find some examples of what I saw when I was over there. If you are ever in the Vermont Avenue/Melrose Avenue area of Los Angeles and want something different, then please come by and visit. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Howard Paul Shore Writer, Reviewer and Promoter /HPS
